HOW TO ORDER:

Here are the basics, but if you have questions contact us!

STEPS TO ORDER:

1. Contact us by phone or email to discuss the scope of your project.  We would even be happy to meet with you in person, if necessary.

2. We'll provide you with a free estimate based on our conversation (stated in a letter of agreement or work order).

3. Once you accept the estimate you be required to provide a 50% deposit along with the signed agreement.  If you have specific art files, photos, paint colors, or other aides you'd like us to use, please provide at this time. Upon receiving the deposit and signed letter of agreement we will schedule the work and estimated date of completion.



ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION DURING THE FIRST MEETING:

-What are your specific requirements

-Sign dimensions

-Single or double sided

-Desired colors and ones we need to match

-If we need to paint a logo, a jpg logo file or even a crude sketch will help

-The exact text copy

-Font name, if you need us to match a particular font

-Your desires regarding effects on fonts (such as shadows or outlines)

-If we are painting directly on a wall, then we need to know the wall surface (i.e., smooth drywall or rough stucco)

-Computer Designs, we will need to know your usage of logo we create (T-shirts, letterhead, CDs, banners, etc)

-Will all creative decisions be left up to Graphic Jules



TURNAROUND TIME:

Because every project is individually crafted most of our projects require a minimum of 2-3 weeks from time deposit is received to completion. Some projects may require more time depending on the complexity and size. Please allow for this in your project scheduling.


PRICING:

Every project is unique and will be priced according to the specific project.  The letter of agreement/work order will contain accurate pricing.  If additional items need to be added you will be contact to discuss the increase in pricing prior completion of the work.


PAYMENTS:

50% Deposit required to put you on the schedule and start designing, with the remaining 50% due upon the day of completion. Payment may be made by cash, check or by PayPal. If you prefer PayPal payments, an invoice can be sent to you.


SIGNAGE & INSTALLATION:

All signage permits are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not install signs on buildings or hang fixtures inside, etc. If it is something that you would typically need to hire a contractor to do, you will have to factor that into your project separately from us.


DESIGN POLICY:

Project Mock-Ups will be provided upon estimate approval and receipt of deposit. Mock-Ups are the property of Graphic Jules and will be released to client upon full payment. Replication of Mock-Ups created by Graphic Jules by another artist will result in legal action to obtain payment for time spent in creation by Graphic Jules. 


PROJECT CHANGES:

Any substitutions in project size or project materials requested by the customer other than those specified in the work order will result in an adjustment to the final invoice. Last minute changes to text or designs approved by customer after approval will result in an adjustment to the final invoice.
